Title: It's Not Pork
Author:
autumndynasty
Fandom: Sherlock (BBC)
Characters: John
Rating/Warnings: PG-13, unbeta'd
Wordcount: 100
Summary: The kitchen situation is getting ridiculous.
Notes: Written as part of my Resolution Table. #4 - Annoyed
(P.S. Happy 42 Day - I should probably have reread HGTTG today, but alas!)
It is, in a word, annoying.
Before, it was baffling and frankly, a little terrifying. Eyeballs in the microwave, a head in the fridge, unidentified substances in mugs and measuring jugs. John braced himself before opening cupboard doors and eyed every stain with a look of suspicion usually reserved for murky lakes that might contain piranhas and probably caused cholera.
Now? Now it’s just normal. And bloody inconvenient. There’s still the suspicion: that’s just sensible. But there’s no space in the fridge for milk, let alone actual food. He should have put his foot down when he had the chance.
